SMS / Messaging Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms describe the Oncu messaging program, operated by Vanguard Veil Limited. They are written to satisfy carrier (A2P 10DLC and toll-free) and TCPA requirements.
Program description
Oncu sends account and compliance notifications to caregivers of participating home-care agencies — for example, a reminder that a visit is missing a clock-out. Messages never contain protected health information (PHI).
Consent
Recipients are enrolled based on prior express written consent collected by their employing agency (the Customer) during employment onboarding, using the consent language published at oncu.us/sms-opt-in. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. Oncu records consent status and honors opt-outs across all channels.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on visit-compliance exceptions and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Automated messages are sent only during quiet-hours-compliant windows (default 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. recipient local time), timed around each caregiver’s shift within that window, and rate-limited so a caregiver receives a single gentle reminder rather than repeated messaging.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@oncu.us. STOP immediately suppresses all automated channels.
Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device availability.
Privacy
Mobile information is used only to operate this messaging program and is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy. Contact: Vanguard Veil Limited · support@oncu.us.
