Partner programme
Work a territory. Earn $500 a month per agency.
This is open to anyone, anywhere in the US. You do not need a network, a sales background, or a single contact in home care — we give you a region, the agencies in it, and what to say when you call them. Territories open one region at a time; apply and we’ll tell you honestly whether yours is open yet or you’re joining the queue for it. You earn $500 a month for each agency’s first six months on Oncu, then $100 a month after that.
Fixed amounts. Never a percentage.
$500 a month for each agency’s first six months, then $100 a month through their second year — up to $4,800 from a single agency. Each month is earned the day that agency pays their invoice and paid straight away: there is no holding period, and money that has reached you is yours for good.
Every one of those figures is fixed. The same $500 whether they are a twelve-caregiver agency or a two-hundred-caregiver one, and the same $500 whatever they go on to bill.
That is deliberate, and it is worth understanding if you have seen percentage-based programmes elsewhere. Oncu’s customers are paid by Medicaid. A referral fee that rose with the volume or the value of the business an agency does would not be an introduction fee any more — it would be a share of the money they collect from a federal healthcare programme, and both federal and state rules treat that very differently. Fixed amounts, agreed in writing before you speak to anyone, keep this a straightforward arrangement for both of us.
The whole schedule — both rates and both end months — is set out in the agreement you sign and fixed at the moment you are approved. If we change what the programme pays later, it does not change what you are owed. The first fifty partners keep the $100 a month through month 36 rather than 24, permanently, on every agency they ever bring in; once those fifty are taken that window closes and does not reopen.
How it works
01
Apply
No contacts required and no background in home care. Tell us where you are and how much time you can give it. A person reads every application.
02
Sign and pick a region
Approved partners sign a written agreement, then choose a territory from the ones currently open. Your fee is fixed at that moment and does not change afterwards.
03
Work your list
Your console hands you agencies in your region one at a time — the number, what to say, and the hours you may call. You log what actually happened.
04
Get paid
Every month an agency you brought in pays their invoice, that month's fee is yours the same day. $500 a month for their first six months, then $100 a month after that. No waiting period.
You are not asked to find the agencies
That is the part people assume they need connections for, and it is the part we do. Oncu keeps a list of licensed home-care agencies by region. When you take a territory, the agencies in it appear in your console — one at a time, with a phone number, what the agency does, and a script for the first thirty seconds.
The console also holds you to the rules: it will not hand you a number outside that area’s calling hours, it stops offering anyone who has asked not to be contacted, and it asks you to record the real outcome of every call — including the ones that went badly.
Three ways in
If you are starting from nothing
This is the main way in, and most partners come through it. You get a region, a folder of agency numbers for that region, a script and the calling rules. You do not need to know a single person in home care.
If you already know agencies
You also get your own referral link. Send it directly to people you know and skip the queue entirely — an agency that signs up through it is credited to you the same way.
If you are already a customer
Agencies already using Oncu earn account credit instead — months off your own subscription for each agency you bring in. Same rules, same written agreement.
What we ask of you
- Say that you are paid. On a call, say it in the first few sentences. Anywhere you write it — a post, a video, an email, a page — say it in the recommendation itself, not behind a link. We give you the wording.
- Call the way we ask. Use the numbers the console gives you, inside the hours it shows, and stop the moment someone asks you to. No lists you bought elsewhere, no auto-diallers, no texting people who did not ask to hear from you.
- Open the door, don’t close the deal. Book the walkthrough and let us take it from there. Don’t promise outcomes on Oncu’s behalf or quote figures we haven’t published.
- Bring in agencies, not yourself. Your own company, and any agency already talking to us, aren’t claimable.
You will never see a customer’s data
Your console shows agencies you may call and what you have earned, with the prospect’s address partly hidden. It shows nothing about what Oncu finds inside any agency — no visit records, no caregiver or client names, no figures about their billing. That is not a setting; there is no version of the partner portal that has access to it.
